KAMISORI Sharpening Service Standard


Service fee includes return shipping fee, sharpening, aligning, balancing, and cleaning, all performed to factory specifications. All work is guaranteed and is done by our master blade smith with over 30 years experience. Sharpening your shears through a non-authorized sharpener may
void your warranty if they are damaged or not sharpened properly. Do not take the risk!

The time frame depends on where you’re located, how fast we receive your shears and what type of service you choose. The service process from the time we receive your shears to when we ship them back usually takes 1 or 2 business days. How fast we receive your shears and how fast they arrive depend on which type of service you choose. Total turnaround time for our general service is usually 1-2 weeks. Priority service is also available.

Sending Instructions: 

1. Please ship ONLY with any LOCAL postal service to the Sharpener (NO courier shipments such as UPS, FedEx, etc please).

2. You may need to declare the goods on the customs form if they are being sent out of the country, if this is necessary, please mark contents as “HAIR SCISSORS WARRANTY SERVICE WITH NO VALUE”…….. 
(I.E. $0) If the item is put in as high value then it will most likely by stopped at customs which can cause a delay or Otherwise there will be excessive duty/taxes billed or package will be refused.

After you have successfully completed checkout an order confirmation will be emailed to you. Once you get this email you can go ahead and send your shears to nearest address below for service. Please make sure to include a note with your shears stating:

1) Name, return shipping address and telephone contact
2) Type of service bought (Please write "Regular Service" or "Priority Service")
3) Copy of order confirmation with order #
